Since ing Al Duhail in January 2021 from Japan’s Kashiwa Reysol, Olunga’s impact was immediate and profound. Over his tenure, Olunga netted an astonishing 130 goals across all competitions, making him the club’s all-time top scorer. His goal-scoring prowess earned him two Qatar Stars League Golden Boot awards and helped Al Duhail secure multiple domestic trophies, including the prestigious 2022 Amir Cup.

Olunga’s played with unmatched consistency. He averaged nearly a goal per game and was often the difference-maker in crucial matches.
